Directory page: free
Claim your school’s page in our directory, add photos and fees, and answer applications from families. When a learner joins through your page we charge a small thank-you: UGX 30,000 for a day learner, UGX 60,000 for a boarder.
About the directoryDirectory Plus: UGX 150,000 a term
No commission, featured at the top of your district, up to 20 photos, a report of visits and calls, and applications exported to Excel. Included with the website plan.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every school gets 7 days free with its own data and no card. The LMS has its own 30-day trial.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Optional on-site training and moving your records in can be arranged; it is included in Premium.
How do we pay?
By MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or bank transfer, per term or for the year. Paying three terms at once gives 10% off.
What if we have more than 1,500 learners?
Premium covers 1,500 learners; each extra learner is UGX 800 a term (USD 0.25 outside Uganda).
Who pays for SMS and WhatsApp messages?
Messages are sent from the school’s own SMS and WhatsApp accounts, so the school pays the provider directly at its own rates, with no mark-up from us.
Can we stop at any time?
Plans run term by term. If you stop, your records are kept safe and you can export them.
