Deleting your information

  1. Parents, learners and staff: ask your school’s office to delete your information, or email [email protected] with your name, your school and the phone number or email on your account. We confirm who you are, work with the school, and tell you when it is done (normally within 30 days).
  2. Schools that connected WhatsApp or Facebook: press Disconnect in School settings → WhatsApp, or remove IWAT School Solutions in Facebook / Meta Business settings → Business Integrations. We delete the stored access token straight away.
  3. Schools leaving the service: email us and we delete or return all of the school’s information within 90 days. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days after that.

Some records, such as fee receipts, may have to be kept for a period by law; if so we will tell you. See the full privacy policy.
